I cannot believe it is already the last week of school. It has been a privilege to teach your children this year. Thank you for all of the support you give them always. This week, we will continue to work on Unit 4. If you would like to see what your child will be studying this unit, please see the link below. We will continue to work on finding the least common denominator and adding fractions.
If you would like to help your child study, please see the letter below for sample problems we are working on during Grade 4 Unit 4. https://www.georgiastandards.org/Georgia-Standards/Frameworks/Unit-4-3rd-grade-parent-letter.pdf Homework- There will not be any homework this week. Have a wonderful summer! We completed Unit 3 last week and will begin Unit 4 this week. If you would like to see what your child will be studying this unit, please see the link below. This week, we will review geometric shapes and discuss how some shapes share attributes. These attributes can be defined by a larger category (all 4 sided shapes are quadrilaterals). They will compare the shapes' similarities and differences. We will also continue splitting shapes into equal parts and finding fractions to represent those parts.
