Math: This week, students will continue to learn how to identify equivalent fractions. They will learn to multiply or divide the numerator and denominator by the same number in order to find an equivalent fraction. They will also learn how to express whole numbers as fractions (ex. 3 = 3/1, 6/2= 3). Homework will be sent home on Monday and will be due on Friday.

It is my desire that all students be fluent in their multiplication facts by Winter Break. The multiplication padlet can also help students in memorizing their times tables: https://padlet.com/watkinskr1/mult Have a wonderful week! Comments are closed.
